How do I use them?

Chill in the freezer for fifteen minutes or in ice water for five. Roll outward and upward across a clean face, light pressure, five to ten minutes. Rinse, dry, and put them back.

How long do they stay cold?

Around 10 to 15 minutes out of the freezer, which is comfortably long enough for your whole face and neck.
